Job Title : Supervisor - Electrical Maintenance

Reporting to : Manager - Projects & Electrical Safety Officer

Entity : Evonik Catalysts India Pvt. Ltd.

Business Line : Catalysts

Work Location : Dombivli

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for electrical maintenance operation of plant / general.- Daily meter reading - MSEB, PCC panel reading and maintain records.- DG trial to be done as per checklist and feeding the data in log sheet.- Transformer reading -Checking temperature, oil level, voltage and feeding data in the log sheet for reference.- Maintenance of telephone connections if any problem arises or as and when required.- Proactive maintenance for vacant machines.- Handover of shift change and report in PCC detailed report if any pending work.- Maintaining spare parts inventory to minimize the cost and down time.- Purchase requisition will be raised only if the available stock will not match with the requirement.- Prepare material requisition slip in system.- To strictly follow safety standards.- Checking and maintaining the daily work report on regular basis.- Daily reporting of pending WO/PR slips & updating the status.- Inspects the WO/PR slip received from the plant, visits the site or the Plant for the job classification required for it.- Analysis the emergency of job and discussion with the plant engineers/ HOD for the possible solution.- Responsible for regular follow up of the ongoing or running preventive & breakdown maintenance jobs in the plant and updates on the status of pending jobs.- Ordering of materials & putting the maintenance request slip in the System.- Responsible for issuing of Safety Work permits from the safety department.- Maintaining and supervision for the critical spare equipment’s as per the list made.- Inspection of the job after its completion & closing the WO/PR slip in the system.- Maintaining the history card of all the equipment’s.- Inspection of the job after its completion & closing the WO/PR slip in the system.

Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required- ITI/NCTVT & PWD Electrical Supervisor License with minimum 5 years of experience in chemical plant in handling electrical maintenance activities.

Technical Knowledge (E.g., specialized knowledge required to perform all the required tasks)- Electrical LT & HT Unit operation & maintenance.
