Job role : Logistic Executive (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Location, Varachha, Surat

CTC : Max. 35000 Per month

**Role & responsibilities**
- Planning, Coordinating and ensuring efficient logistics operations for every inward and outward movement across the PDS functions.
- Hands on experience on freight negotiation with vendors for optimal Freight rates.
- Communicates effectively & working smoothly with cross-functional teams (Production,Vendor/Supplier, Finance and Purchase)**.**:

- Well experienced in preparing the rate contracts with transporters.
- Vendor management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Logistics performance analysis and ensure optimal performance. Provide dailyinput/MIS update to GM - Sourcing & Operations by maintaining effective supply chainfrom suppliers as well as to the buyers.
- Data base maintenance of all the dispatches and transporters details.
- Analysing the order to dispatch details, transporters performance, and time analysis.
- Hands on experience in preparing shipment documents for smooth dispatches.
- Manages all Transportation requirements and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensures the transportation of goods from supplier/vendor to buyers in timely manner.
- Responsible for Consumer satisfaction, packing quality, Transportation cost, expensesreduction, assist transportation drivers and revision buyer feedback on delivery ofconsignment.
- Ensures that all orders are handled, prepared and served safely in accordance with as per the guidelines provided.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Proficient in maintaining databases/MIS
- Excellent communication skills with English, Hindi & Gujrati Languages
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management would be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in packaging industry would be an add on

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
