**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and marketing inputs
- Use (or learn) **StockIQ** to monitor inventory and generate replenishment plans
- Collaborate with the wholesale team to align inventory with sales commitments
- Identify excess stock, stockouts, and at-risk inventory, and recommend actions
- Minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability
- Generate POs and reorder recommendations for sign-off
- Analyze forecast accuracy and communicate when we **miss or exceed forecasts** — with insight into **why** it happened

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience in demand planning or inventory forecasting
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience with planning tools (ideally StockIQ or similar: NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with seasonal retail cycles and marketing-driven demand shifts
- Highly analytical and proactive communicator

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
