**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (interviews, standardized tests, observations) to evaluate mental health, cognitive, and emotional functioning

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Master’s degree in Psychology (or equivalent); Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) preferred.
- Valid state/provincial license to practice as a psychologist.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy delivery.
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, etc.).
- Effective verbal and written communication, empathetic listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with clinical documentation/EHR systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary settings.
- Provide ongoing therapy individual, group, family intervening in crises as needed.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes in clinical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, teachers) for holistic care.
- Educate clients, families, and communities about mental health, coping strategies, and wellbeing.
- Stay current with psychology research, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards.
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines—confidentiality, informed consent, boundaries, cultural sensitive.
- Maintain secure, organized, and confidential client documentation and EHR compliance.

Pay: ₹13,793.45 - ₹30,000.00 per month
