**Expertise required**:

- Project management, Contract management, Procurement management, leadership, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and communication.Experience in management of Medium and/or Large scale IT projects in Government sector involving technology assessment and deployment.Experience of IT Consultancy engagements in IT & Digital Strategy, Requirement Gathering (As-Is Assessment) & Understanding, formulating and implementing strategic plans.Experience in IT Projects involving Data Centre Infrastructure Upgrade/ Replacement, Cyber Security and Networking.Experience in working on preparing the scope of work for ICT solutions, functional requirement specifications, RFP Preparation, Contract negotiation, Vendor Evaluation & Selection etc.Understanding on Data management solution and recommending best fitment solution.Experience in formulation of technology solutions, Solution Architecture, Functional & technical Architecture.Fair understanding of Geo-Spatial eco-System, business requirement and ICT infrastructure & processes for Geospatial information management.Capability to assess the market potential of available ICT products/solutions, interact with industry leaders to understand the prepare the best fit ICT requirement specifications, prepare the reports and present the outcomes before the top management in a presentable as well as comprehensive manner.

**Scope of Work**:
a) To lead, work, oversee, guide, and provide ICT consulting for successful implementation of ICT transformation strategies and establishing the enterprise level ICT infrastructure and building enterprise solutions for SoI. b) He/she will assist the organization and facilitate with existing consultant in the ICT projects which will involve providing overall solution and expert advice in all the stages and execution areas like Conceptualization, RFQ/RFP Preparation, BOQ, BOM,LOI, SOW, drafting of technical/financial specifications, helping in technical/financial evaluation, budgeting, deliverables, payment schedules, documentation, vendor selection, technology selection, board level presentation, senior management presentation, Issue handling, conflict resolution, assist sales representatives, solution consultants, partners.
