**Job Title: Junior Visualizer**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Experience Required: 1-2 years**

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Animation, Media & Communication, Applied Arts, or other relevant fields.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on client requirements and project briefs.

Work collaboratively with the design team to execute designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Create layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.

Ensure all designs are visually appealing and meet the desired quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Take feedback constructively to refine and improve designs.

Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

Experience in creating designs for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with 3D design tools like Blender or Maya is an advantage but not mandatory.
