**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer cum Merchandiser in Mumbai. Our Designer cum Merchandiser will be responsible for designing, developing, and producing clothing and accessory lines that meet the needs of our teenage customers. The role requires expert knowledge of fashion design, trend forecasting, merchandising, fabric development, product development, and quality control. Our Designer cum Merchandiser will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Designing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in designing, developing, and merchandising fashion wear.
- Deep understanding of the teenage market's fashion requirements for clothing and accessory lines.
- Knowledge of merchandising, product development, fabric development, and quality control.
- Proficiency in design and trend forecasting tools and software.
- Able to multitask, prioritize projects, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with managing and leading a team of designers and merchandisers.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
