**General Summary**:
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and pricing of footwear products while ensuring compliance with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards. You will work closely with our production and design teams to ensure that products are produced on time and within budget, while also meeting our quality standards and complying with all applicable regulations. In this role, you will use your knowledge of footwear production and market trends to optimize scheduling and pricing decisions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the scheduling and pricing of footwear products while ensuring compliance with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards;
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure that products are produced on time and within budget, while also meeting our quality standards and complying with all applicable regulations;
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure that our products are produced at a competitive cost;
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to make informed scheduling and pricing decisions;
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers;
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to production and design teams;
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability;
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure that they understand our scheduling and pricing requirements and can meet our production needs.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Experience in negotiating prices with suppliers and developing pricing strategies;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and technical standards in the footwear industry;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling and pricing software tools.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of footwear production and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹156,000.00 per year
