**Responsibilities**:
**Reservation Management**: Assist guests in making and modifying reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies. Work closely with the reservations department to maximize room occupancy and revenue.

**Problem Resolution**: Listen attentively to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction and follow up to ensure resolution.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Promote hotel amenities, packages, and upgrades to enhance guests' experiences. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue generation.

**Feedback Management**: Gather feedback from guests about their stay and services. Use feedback to improve guest experiences and communicate valuable insights to management.

**Knowledge Base**: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and events to assist guests with their inquiries and provide recommendations.

**Data Entry**: Accurately input guest information, preferences, and interactions into the hotel's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, and concierge, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
