Job Role: Admission Counsellor

Location: Karnal

Job description:

- Urgent Requirement of a Counsellor at our Institute

Education qualification - Graduate/ Diploma in any field/ MBA Fresher

Salary Range: 15k to 30k per month + Variables

Duties and Responsibilities:

- *To counsel clients.

*To explain about different courses.

*To explain the fee structure.

*To convince and retain the customer effectively.

*To provide career counseling to students in different fields.

*To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.

*To follow up with the clients for enrolments.

*Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

*Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

*Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

*Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

*Minimum 1 year experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment, or Counselling is preferred.

*Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

*Familiarity with computers and the internet, Sales oriented and target-driven attitude.

*Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

*Should be a graduate in any stream.

*Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.

- *Any Graduate & Diploma can apply

*Required females only
