**About the Role**:
They are generally responsible for collecting, researching, investigating and

evaluating user requirements. Their responsibility is to deliver an outstanding user experience

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for the brand
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer/Graphic Designer similar role
- Portfolio of design project work for both mobile/web platforms and illustrations or other graphics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, XD, Figma.
- Knowledge of other tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision, Sketch, Coreldraw) will be optional.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
