**Boarding Incharge (Residential) - Visamo Kids Foundation**

**Day to Day affair**
- Daily routine of kids & Gruhmata
- Daily routine of house keeping staff
- General Cleanliness (Kitchen, Rooms, Dining Hall, Bathroom, Toilet,
- Garden & Common Area

**Boarding Requirement**
- Distribution of clothes
- Main Stock
- Outing & Hobby
- Parents meeting every 4 Sunday 2 hrs. + JN

**-**Daily Medical Problem
- Boarding report
- Meeting with boarding staff, Housekeeping & Kitchen staff
- Day to day problem of kids

**Academics**
- School Time table
- School Requirement
- School Outings (curricular activities)
- School visits (Open Day, Parents Day, IPEM)
- Almanac Signature
- Academic Report, Road map of each Child

**New Admission**
- Format Admission test paper, Medical check up
- Visit to village, Administrator of test
- Bridge course arrangement all other requirements for new kids

**Peer Group Program**
- Celebration of Birthday
- Charity Dinner
- Thank you notes by kids
- Transport internal school (Tuition, Medical)
- Collection of Donation Cash/Kind
- Outing
- Petty Cash with GM

**In House events**

- Activities organized by volunteers - Individual volunteers or by organization
