**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily with the **service team** for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain **proper records** of all service-related activities, including customer complaints, resolutions, and service visits.
- Ensure **timely data entry** and updating of service logs in the system.
- Assist in generating basic reports related to service performance and customer feedback.
- Support in documentation and filing work as per company policies.
- **Graduate** in any stream
- Proficient in **written and spoken English**:

- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Prior experience in a back office or service coordination role will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
