Experience: 5-10 Years of experience in Organic Farming (Agriculture/Training) or prior experience as an Agronomist and/or Agriculture Field Officer

**Assesses crop production of the farm**. Evaluates and improves seed quality. Carries out laboratory tests of soil, seed, and crop samples. Performs quality control for seed caliber and soil standards. Keeps records of research, testing, and results.

**Requirements**:

- Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
- Able to understand Agricultural soil and crop.
- Good knowledge and experience in organic farming
- Good Knowledge of Agri Commodities.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to manage full cycle training
- Extensive domain knowledge & modern training techniques

**Salary**: ₹560,513.37 - ₹636,816.50 per year
