**Job Title: Sourcer Recruiter**
**Location: Ahmedabad, India**
**Position: On-site, Full-time**
**Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT (6:00pm IST onwards)**
**Notice Period: Immediate With-in 15 Days**

- **ROLE DESCRIPTION**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Track metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry talent movements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and database mining.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting high-volume recruitment or startup environments.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
