**Sales Co-Ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Order Forwarding**
- Order from sales person to production.
- Internal production follow up
- Coordination on commercial and dispatch terms.

**2) Proforma Invoice Sending (PI)**:

- Follow up for payment terms.

**3) Order follow-up**:

- Need to keep track of process status.

**4) Dispatch**:

- Dispatch Mails to billing executives, sales person.

**5) Stores Related**:

- Stock transfer in SAP.

**6) Order Booking**:

- Order booking in SAP as per indent.

**7) Handling SAP**:

- adding new parties
- Monitoring of open orders and finding reasons for delay and rectify it.

**Education** : Graduate B.E (EC/EE) with some sales co-ordination / tele-calling experience.

**Experience** : 0 - 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
