We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape exceptional user experiences for our products and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful designs.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good communication skills and ability to present and justify design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
- Basic understanding of motion design or animation.
