**Job Title**: IT Project Coordinator (Freshers/Training/Apprenticeship)

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-time/Internship (6 months/Training/Apprenticeship)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of IT projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, gathering requirements and providing updates.
- Support project managers in tracking progress and handling project documentation.
- Assist in client calls, managing expectations, and resolving issues related to project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful development and deployment of software/websites.
- Keep track of project progress, preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate between different teams (development, testing, design) to ensure project requirements are clear and achievable.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of IT project coordination and software development processes.
- Understanding of website development processes and related technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers are welcome; however, knowledge or experience in IT project coordination, client calls, and software/web development is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client coordination or project management is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,881.46 - ₹19,881.46 per month
