Job Title: Tester with postman

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement automated testing solutions for API, UI, and web services using automation tools such as Parasoft, SOA Tests, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Write and execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report defects effectively.
- Utilize technical skills in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, unit-testing, and shell-scripting to enhance testing processes and frameworks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments to perform database testing and system integration testing.
- Lead testing efforts on large-scale software projects, including coordinating with team members, managing testing timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 to 7 plus years of experience in QA automation and/or development.
- Strong expertise in API testing, UI testing, and automation tools like Parasoft, SOA Tests, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages like Perl, Python, and shell script (a plus).
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Quality Assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience leading testing efforts on large-scale software projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
