Job Title: Senior Software Tester - Mortgage Domain

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead UAT efforts, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure testing meets business requirements
- Create and maintain software testing artifacts, such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Conduct thorough testing of loan origination systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and report defects, working with development teams to resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing
- Mentor junior testers, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve team efficiency

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of software testing artifacts and processes (test plans, test cases, test scripts, etc.)
- Mandatory experience in the mortgage domain, specifically loan origination
- Experience with test automation tools like Playwright is optional but preferred
- Python knowledge is preferred

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Agile testing methodologies
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail, qTest, etc.
