**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Design, Develop and deliver training programs that improve communication skills.
- Identify training needs and develop customized programs for each group.
- Conduct training sessions both online and offline to Students from Class 1 to 10th class.
- Engaging soft skills training programs for the Trainers of Kakatiya School (TTT).
- Develop training materials, including presentation, handouts, and online resources.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify new training needs and opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current communication trends, tools and techniques.
- Maintain the records of training activities and student progress.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of training programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Preferred (Communication, Soft skills trainer)

0-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs in any sector or educational setting.

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Passion for continuous learning and personal development.

**Salary**: ₹8,392.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
