**Job Description - Robotics Lab TrainerPosition Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Robotics Lab Trainer to guide students in learning, designing, and building robotic systems. The trainer will conduct hands-on training sessions, mentor students in practical projects, and ensure effective utilization of robotics kits, tools, and lab resources.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct robotics training sessions for students across different age groups/levels.
- Plan and deliver lessons on robotics, programming, sensors, microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), and automation.
- Guide students in designing, assembling, and programming robots for projects, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Maintain robotics lab equipment, tools, and kits; ensure safety standards are followed.
- Develop training modules, practical activities, and project-based learning experiences.
- Support students in innovation and participation in robotics competitions (national/international).
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate robotics into STEM/STEAM curriculum.
- Provide individual mentoring and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, IoT, and related technologies.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of robotics, electronics, automation, and programming (C, Python, Scratch, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with robotics kits (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
- Familiarity with 3D printing, CAD design, and basic mechanical prototyping (preferred).
- Effective teaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking approach.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field).
- Certification/training in Robotics, Embedded Systems, or STEM Education (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Robotics Trainer/Instructor in schools, colleges, or training institutes is an added advantage.
