**Job description**

Estimating quantities costs & time scales for material & Labour.
Preparing Tender & Contract Documents.
Identifying & Weighing up commercial risks.
Assigning Work to subcontractors.
Preparation of Work programme monthly progress reports,Inspection reports,Work orders,Purchase orders strip chart,Presentation,Meeting,Notes RFI and dealing with Contractual obligation etc.
Coordination with design team.
Prepared & submitted delay Analysis,EOT related claims.

1. Daily -Inspection of site activities as per procedures as per method statement and SOPs.

2. Inputs from site on quality observations and bad workmanship.

3. Site Physical verification of Observations /NCRS and help timely closure and reports.

4. Keep a close watch on wastages /Housekeeping during activities.

5. Close watch on Expiry date of materials at work site.

6. Preventing reworks in the building by timely alarming, concerned authorities.

7. Attending RMC plant trials, collection and reporting of trial records in coordination with BVIL.

8. Assisting team for quality inspection of material at source /factories.

9. Product site mockups, sampling for approvals.

10. Updating of cube registers -failure reporting.

11. Witness trials, witness mockups of products, witnessing chemical admixtures to Wprg work.

12. HELP assist seniors -Raw Material inspection at plant, site arrivals.

13. Timely Certification of concrete challans.
