Oversee service, repair, and maintenance work to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workshop floor, including service bays and equipment.
Assist with inventory management and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Ensure all customer vehicles are completed on time for delivery and undergo final inspection.
Resolve customer complaints and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
Minimize repeat complaints by ensuring high standards of work.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and followed on the work floor.
Plan and monitor work floor activities to align with customer commitments and business objectives.
