**Job Purpose**

Delivery Management of Demands and CR’s, Consolidation & Integration programs in area of Mediation, Provisioning & DSA.

End to end Project Tracking and Governance.

Plan and Execute Testing & UAT phase, aligning Partners and Business stakeholders, track defects and fixes, support UAT and post implementation testing.

Manage Deployment and Release Cycles for Demands and CR’s.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Managing Mediation & Provisioning Demand & Project delivery**
- E2E demand execution by coordinating requirements closure, plan solution and delivery alignment, schedule activities for go-live plan; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments.
- Manage delivery of Technology Integration & Consolidation Programs.
- Understanding new requirements, initiating cross functional discussions and moving to delivery.
- Liaise and work with Technology & product partners ensuring environment readiness for delivery and optimum approach managing multiple deliveries parallel.
- Ensure demands are delivered on time & first time right as per business requirements agreed & signed off.
- Track demand deliveries, realization and Go-live across all circles with Business teams.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

**Manage and Execute Testing & UAT Phase**
- Plan and execute the testing cycle for Demands/CR and ongoing initiatives in line with overall Project timelines.
- Ensure Alignment of Stakeholders in line with SIT and UAT Time-plan
- Create and Review Test Cases with Partners and UAT Stakeholders ensuring all use cases are covered.
- Ensure Test cases results are in line with the business requirement/use case.
- Define the validation scope against the Test cases
- Track Testing Defects and their closure within the overall Project time plan.

**Project Governance**:

- Period Review of all Demands, CR’s, L3 defects with Partners ensuring proper risk mitigation plan and overall project timelines are met
- Ensure strict governance around scope and deliverables, ownership and tracking of all open items.
- Periodic updates to senior leadership on overall Project updates
- Manage Escalations from Partners, Cross Functional and Business stakeholders
- Manage Project Effort approval and Tracking

**Deployment and Release Management**:

- Alignment of changes/demands to overall Release Management cycle ensuring on time deployment with approvals from all stakeholders.
- Ensure complete Operation handover-B2O
- Post deployment support ensuring Sanity testing and issue resolution if any.

**Stakeholder Management -**
- Stakeholder management (Various Business Functions, Internal IT Portfolios and Multiple Vendor Team), ensure that all testing cycles are closed and signoffs received as per defined acceptance standards and share required artefacts to release team alignment prior deployment of code into production.
- Own to resolve the dependencies & risks (if identified) in discussion with various partner & business teams.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Overall 8 - 10 years of experience in IT telecom, project management skills to handle transition & integration projects. Knowledge of incorporating various SDLC methodologies like Agile (Scrum Master), Waterfall.
- Sound knowledge in various Effort estimation techniques - Function point analysis, Story points, etc.
- Understanding of Mediation, SIM activation & Provisioning processes for BSS stack solution design & delivery
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies, estimation.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with an ability to execute team
