**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic **Gymnastics Coach** to join our children's activity center in BTM Layout, Bangalore. This role involves teaching beginner-level gymnastics to children aged 1.5 to 12 years in a fun, engaging, and safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and conduct beginner-level gymnastics classes for young children
- Create a structured yet enjoyable learning experience
- Ensure children's safety and proper form during activities
- Manage class flow and engage with children positively
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Assist with warm-up, stretching, and age-appropriate gymnastic drills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gymnastics (coaching experience preferred)
- Comfortable working with children aged 1.5 to 12 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, patient, and reliable

**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in coaching or mentoring kids
- Background in physical education, sports like Gymnastics, or early childhood development
- Certification in gymnastics or child safety is a plus

**Salary**: Competitive - based on experience
