Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled **Freelance Gymnastics Coach** to join Get Out & Play India (GOAPI), an organization dedicated to promoting active and healthy lifestyles for children and young adults.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and safe gymnastics sessions for children and young adults.
- Develop skill-appropriate training plans to foster growth and confidence in participants.
- Monitor and ensure participants’ safety while encouraging their enthusiasm for gymnastics.
- Communicate with parents/guardians to provide progress updates.
- Adapt sessions based on group dynamics and individual abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in gymnastics coaching or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Passion for working with children and young adults.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to different locations as required.

**Location**: Freelance (varied venues as per schedule)
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
