**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- This NAV Support role will be responsible for managing & supporting (Run & Optimize) & testing in our internal NAV instances/companies on Microsoft Dynamics NAV2016
- Works within the Information Technology Competence Centre.
- Manage File Sharing and Permission on Apple devices
- Active end user support of our PAN India ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Supportive in developing and maintaining the training material like Word Documents, PowerPoint Presentation.
- Flexible to work within rotational shifts and 24X7 support, as per the future vision.
- Testing new features on local and worldwide NAV Updates. GoLive Support until all phases are fully and proactively supported.
- Build up and extend the know-how of ERP of Tresor based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Close collaboration with our PAN India working NAV User Productivity and Support Team and with our IT Service Desk in Gurgaon/Delhi, India and NAV Developers and Support Project Managers.
- Support of the Business Owners in their daily work. Help to improve and optimize processes.
- Supportive Person for the whole ERP Application: Finance, Sales and Purchase modules of NAVs.
- Good understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
- MS Dynamics NAV 2016 experience is an essential must, as well as professional and technical qualifications within a Microsoft Dynamic NAV (ERP) will be additional benefits.
- Good skills of documentations & structured work to deliver the efficient support on PAN India level.
- Working together with internal users & global support team.
- Clearly understand the business requirements and provide solutions with exceeded business user experience.
- Work with any Ticketing Tool System, soon it will be implemented.
- Good practical knowledge in NAV Support Topics: Sales, Purchase and Finance Processes.
