**Key Responsibilities**:

- To achieve the target assigned within agreed quality and timelines
- Prior experience in international Customer Service is mandatory
- Right work attitude and the ability to complete tasks correctly the first time.
- Prior experience in customer handling and operations is preferred
- International voice process, voice process, customer service experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask, effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks
- Ability to maintain composure in escalated or high-volume situations

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Graduate in any stream.

2. More than 6 months of relevant experience in International Customer Service.

3. Good written & verbal communication skills.

4. Should be willing to work in Rotational Shifts.

**Job Location**: TrueBlue India, 11th floor Tower
- 1, Candor TechSpace, IT/ITES SEZ, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

**Interview Process**:
1. Aptitude & Communication Skills Assessment

2. 2 rounds of operational interviews

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
