**Career Opportunity: Sales Officer at a Leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer**

As the **Sales Officer**, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing dealership/retail networks within your assigned territory. You will lead and support a team of sales representatives (if applicable), ensure customer satisfaction, and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle products, charging infrastructure, and the evolving mobility landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel/distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for EV products in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, fleet operators, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to increase revenue and expand the EV customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular training, product knowledge sessions, and performance reviews with channel partners and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to EV sales and customer interactions.
