**Overview**:

- Opportunity to work on ServiceNow implementation projects across all product lines (GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITBM, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, etc.).
- Participate in medium to large-sized projects. Typical work expectation is a mix of BA + Developer. Depending on individual personality, the work may be more BA or more Developer.
- Work directly with clients within 2-4 weeks of joining.
- Acquire additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certificates and micro-certifications.

**Job Duties**:

- Be an active participant in Project workshops and meetings to understand client business requirements.
- Responsible for delivering technical solutions to meet through UI Configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, and system integrations.
- Own the execution of unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure developed solutions meet business needs
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ServiceNow® platform and constantly improve that knowledge.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related field OR equivalent work experience
- Good communication capabilities, both written and verbal
- Great attitude and willingness to learn and work
- Must be a self-driven and be able to deal with ambiguity and high-speed pace of work
- Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow is beneficial, though any programming languages such as Core Java, HTML, CSS are a plus.
- Should be ready to travel to the office for a few days a month for better collaboration.
