We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our Real Estate Sales Team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from the existing database or generated leads.
- Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and available inventory.
- Schedule site visits with interested clients and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Handle inbound queries and respond promptly with professionalism.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow-up with clients post-visit and support the sales closure process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent

**Preferred**:

- Experience with real estate projects (residential/commercial)
- Knowledge of local real estate market and trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,664.58 - ₹26,200.90 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
