**Control Tower Associate (Part-Time - Morning Shift)**

**Location**: Koramangala, 6th Block, Bangalore
**Shift Timing**: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

**About the Role**

We are introducing a part-time opportunity to strengthen our Control Tower operations during peak morning hours. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth handling of the surge in **Chats, Tickets, and Forward Assignments** that occur between **7:00 AM - 11:00 AM**.

As a **Part-Time Control Tower Associate**, you will support core operations, respond to high inbound volume, and maintain service levels during critical hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer chats and tickets during peak hours
- Handle forward assignments swiftly and accurately
- Ensure timely communication and resolution in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain logs and update status on CRM tools and dashboards
- Escalate issues as needed while ensuring customer satisfaction

**Who Can Apply**
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** in **English and Hindi**:

- Must be **flexible and punctual** with early morning shift (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during high-volume traffic
- Located in or near **Koramangala, Bangalore** preferred

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.78 per month
