**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Excellent understanding of DOM & Effects of Layout Shifts on browser
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience with SASS is a plus
- Experience with ES6 & TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with ReactJS is a plus

Responsibilities & Expectations:

- Convert designs from PSDs/Figma/Sketch for visual layout of web pages and convert each design

into responsive HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) & JavaScript
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex

roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate

interaction and design ideas
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
- Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
- Present and discuss creative ideas with clients.
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and

Javascript
- Creating products that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing
- Testing and improving the design of the website

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages

( HTML5 and CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript (ES6))
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
- Awareness of UI/UX principles
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Excellent visual design skills
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time-management skills
