You will manage and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive website traffic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, aligning with goals.
- **Campaign Execution**: Implement social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for key metrics.
- **Content Creation**: Plan, create, and curate engaging content across social platforms.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and monitor brand mentions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Analyze performance, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for improvement.
- **Review & Feedback**: Review reports with team leads and adjust strategies based on feedback

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and platform best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Creative, trend-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
