**Sales Engineer - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)**
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Engineer - MEP will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and business development efforts related to MEP systems. This position requires a thorough understanding of MEP technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully selling MEP solutions. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to identify opportunities, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
- Understand client needs and present customized MEP solutions to meet their requirements.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the sales process.
**Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP market.
**Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create comprehensive and accurate proposals.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in the MEP industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
