Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct coaching sessions and training programs tailored to international sales processes.
Develop and implement sales coaching methodologies to improve the sales team's productivity and effectiveness.
Assess individual and team sales performance using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales techniques and communication skills.
Work closely with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and drive performance excellence.
Stay updated with international sales trends, customer engagement strategies, and global market dynamics.
Design and deliver role-play scenarios, workshops, and other interactive learning experiences.
Ensure the sales team is well-versed in handling objections, negotiations, and closing deals successfully.
Develop sales scripts, best practices, and playbooks to streamline sales processes.
Collaborate with leadership to set training goals and evaluate effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in international sales and coaching roles.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C international sales processes, consultative selling, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable coaching strategies.
Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Prior experience in training sales teams across multiple geographies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications in sales coaching or training methodologies are an advantage.
Familiarity with global sales compliance and international business regulations. Job Summary:
