**Job Brief**

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the line manager
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

**Skills Required**:

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge

**Qualifications**
- Graduation degree in business administration or a related field

**Experience**

2-3 years sales in K-12 schools in Jaipur.

**Location**

Probation Period: 3 months

Location: Jaipur

**What will a day look like?**

**9:00 am - 1:30 pm **:School Meetings with Principals/Owners

**4:00 pm - 6:30 pm **:Coaching Institutes / Community Centres meetings

**6:30 pm - 7:00 pm **:Onlinecall with Director for day’s briefing and next day’s plan discussion

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹364,000.00 per year
