**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Influencer Research**: Assist in researching and identifying potential influencers who align with the brand's target audience and values
- ** Develop and implement social media strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
- ** Manage social media platforms**: Oversee and maintain the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- ** Influencer Outreach**: Support the outreach process by sending initial contact messages and scheduling introductory calls
- ** Campaign Planning**: Contribute to the development of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking metrics
- ** Content Creation and Curation**: Assist in creating and curating content for influencer collaborations, ensuring it aligns with the brand's messaging and target audience
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor campaign performance using relevant tools and provide data analysis to the Senior Influencer Manager
- ** Crisis Management**: Assist in developing and implementing crisis management plans to address any negative sentiment or issues related to influencer partnerships
- **Learn and Develop**: Continuously learn about influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

**Key Interaction**:

- **
Influencers**: Interact with influencers to build and maintain relationships, negotiate partnerships, and provide support throughout campaigns.
- ** Marketing Team**: Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure alignment of influencer marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- ** Social Media Team**: Work with the social media team to coordinate content creation and distribution.
- **Creative Team**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content for influencer campaigns.
