**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update production records, stock registers, and inventory reports
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to raw material usage, finished goods, and dispatches
- Coordinate with store, production, and dispatch departments for data entry and report generation
- Manage documentation related to inward/outward material, job work, and gate passes
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
- Maintain attendance records and basic HR-related documentation for factory staff
- Ensure proper filing and storage of all documents (both physical and digital)
- Handle communication with head office and vendors/suppliers as required
- Provide support in audits and compliance documentation

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup)
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of inventory and documentation processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi and/or Bengali; Basic English communication is a plus
