Designation: Executive

**Job Description**:
- Execution of chargeable & NCV transformers as per term and condition of purchase order-
- Conduct product audit of repair transformer within 48 hours after receipt of transformer at our works-
- Should posses good product as well as process knowledge of dry and oil type power/distribution transformers-
- Co-ordination with Production, QA and design to ensure release of design file within a week after product audit-
- End to end monitoring of repair transformers from receipt till dispatch as per commitment to customer-
- Planning and arranging the customer inspection in co-ordination with operations team-
- Documentation & follow-up for lining-up the inspection and required formalities for getting customer clearance & MDCC-
- Statutory, IMS, internal audit, compliance adherence-
- Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA-
- Should have better understanding of ISO documents and audits-
- Should be well acquainted with MRP system: SAP/Oracle-
- Handling of sparesEducational Qualification:
BE/B Tech Mechanical/Electrical with 3-4 years of Experience in Repair and Services of Dry Type and Oil Type Power/Distribution Transformers
