**Overall**

Origin Nutrition is looking for an E-Commerce specialist to help execute our online sales & marketing plans across our own website (WooCommerce) as well as Amazon and other third party marketplaces. Our ideal applicant is organised enough to manage our online inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory, price management and offers & discount management. As an e-commerce specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop and execute website & marketplace marketing plans as well.

**Sales & Marketing Related**:

- Responsible for handling of all e-commerce sales channels including own website (WooCommerce), Amazon, Flipkart & other third party marketplaces.
- Responsible for product listings on own website and third part marketplaces.
- Coordinate with Amazon consultant to ensure adequate Amazon listing optimisation on a regular basis.
- Responsible for creating new listings for new product launches & new marketplaces, when applicable.
- Responsible for coordinating any issues/cases on third party marketplaces & Facebook + Google ad accounts, when applicable.
- Responsible for planning monthly product discounts on various platforms and notifying them of the same.
- Responsible for marketing plans on third party marketplaces.
- Responsible for tracking customer issues and feedback.
- Responsible for getting customer reviews across all platforms.
- Coordinate platforms tech issues with developer and agencies, when applicable.
- Assist team with new brand collaborations & marketing on GPay & other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with SEO consultant on progress.
- Share monthly targets & ad budgets with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare & submit weekly & monthly MIS reports to management.
- Review & verify monthly amazon revenue & gross margins with amazon & finance departments.

**Requirements;**
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
- Good communication skills & proficient in English.

**Skills;**
- E-commerce / Proficiency in Wordpress & Woo-Commerce.
- Experience in handling of Amazon seller platform.
- Experience in listing of products and content on website.
- Digital marketing course completed is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
