**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online retail operations to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of our e-commerce platform, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operation of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion optimization, including keyword research, product descriptions, and images.
- Monitor website performance, analyze traffic patterns, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, to support e-commerce objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support e-commerce initiatives and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc., and proficiency in website management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive business results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and online retail best practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
