**Job Description - Operations Executive**
- Customer support.
- Online sales of small packages.
- Up gradation of Accounts.
- Give training to customers/clients of our systems.
- Come up with ideas for new features and enhancements for the portal based on self and customer input.

**What we are looking for**
- Excellent English language (written and oral) and communication skills.
- Good general knowledge, a curious mind and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Tech/Internet savvy.
- Experience in internet/web marketing, research and analysis, with an ability to identify and communicate with clients.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- A-14 (7th Floor), Sector - 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
