**What is the Job profile?**

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Executive to join our team you will be responsible in drive the company's goals and values to the employees.

**What we are looking for?**
- Operations Executive express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.
- You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- For a specific period of time you may also be responsible for new employee hiring, certain content & data related tasks

**What are the Requirements?**
- Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- You may also be managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- You have monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions.
- One of the most important tasks is to provide suggestions regarding work environment which is favourable for high work productivity.
- Apart from this, you should also monitor the every performance metric.

**Skills**
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills. This skill-set can possibly be the most important part in identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.
- You should have strong communication skills.
- Good leadership skills as your main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- 2 y: 1 year (preferred)
