**Job Description: Assistant Liaison Officer**
**Job Title**: Assistant Liaison Officer
**Location**: Panaji, Goa
**Reports To**: Liaison Officer / Senior Management
**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Liaison Officer will support the Liaison Officer in handling official documentation, visiting government offices, and ensuring smooth coordination between the company and regulatory authorities. This role requires frequent field visits and good organizational skills to manage paperwork and follow-ups efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Government Liaison & Visits**:
- Visit government offices to submit, follow up, and collect required documents.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with government officials.
- Follow up on pending approvals, licenses, and permits.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documents for government approvals.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all official paperwork.
- **Coordination & Support**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Assist in scheduling meetings with officials when needed.
- Provide general support to the Liaison Officer in day-to-day activities.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and as per government requirements.
- Handle basic clerical tasks like photocopying, letter drafting, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of official documents and sensitive information.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum **12th Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate)**.
- Basic knowledge of government office procedures is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for official work.
- work related travel allowance will be borne by the company.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
