**Job Description: Mechanic (Two-Wheeler) - TVS Showroom, Lakdi-Ka-Pool, Hyderabad**

**Reports to**: Service Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of TVS two-wheelers, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire changes, and general repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other issues with two-wheelers and provide effective solutions.
- Carry out all work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Test ride vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Keep accurate records of all service activities, including repairs and parts used.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues, costs, and timeframes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools and equipment for repairs and services.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of parts and tools required for servicing.
- Stay updated with the latest TVS technical manuals and repair guidelines.
- Support junior mechanics and assist with their training and development.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum of 10th grade pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in servicing and repairing two-wheelers, preferably with a focus on TVS vehicles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Proficient in the use of workshop tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Attention to detail and quality in work.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
