We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the elevator industry. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders, and preparing proposals for prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to the needs and specifications of prospective customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the elevator industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Knowledge of elevator products, services, and industry trends.
