**About Aubergine**

**About this job**

We are looking for a full-time UI Designer with strong design fundamentals and aesthetic sense and experience in leading the UI for multiple digital products. Location could be Ahmedabad / Remote.

**What you will be doing**
- Defining visual language for products based on their brand language
- Designing design system guidelines for the product to be used across the entire product and various platforms like web and mobile
- To add delight to products by designing elements like icons, illustrations, animation, etc based on the product visual language
- Consult various designers internally for visual design direction of the products they might be designing
- Branding and website design
- Participate in social media marketing (occasionally)

**Must Haves**
- 3+ years of experience, not including schooling.
- A degree from a design school or equivalent experience
- Excellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing English
- Outstanding portfolio showing hands-on UI track record.
- Expert knowledge of Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, Visual Design.
- Proven experience of deriving visual language for products from scratch and creating design systems
- Good with illustration and motion design (nice to have)
- Expert at tools such as Figma and Illustrator
- Experience working with remote team
- Able to multitask and work on multiple products at once.
- Requires very little direction.
