Here is the JD for Java Backend developer

Location: Bangalore

This role will involve developing high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software, SDKs and Web Applications that complies with coding standards and technical design.

**Responsibilities**:
Hands-on software development focused on Java, Spring, and databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Integrate AI tools and frameworks into backend services.

Analyze and debug simple issues and identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Ensure code compliance with designs and specifications; guide the team accordingly.

Prepare and produce software releases; supervise deployment.

Support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and presenting for architectural review.

Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers.

Support piloting of new technology capabilities to enhance user experience in e-commerce products.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Requirements**:
3 to 5 years of experience in java back-end development

Proven hands-on software development experience with Java and Spring.

Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java EE.

Extensive experience with Spring Framework like Spring Boot

Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design.

Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of concurrency and multithreading in Java.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).

Proven record of leading a software development team.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
